What is a Birth Doula?
As a birth doula, I witness you through the powerful processes of pregnancy and birth. I aid your family with emotional, practical, and educational support, making sure you are heard, and know your options along the way. I attend the birth, providing hands-on support throughout the process. Pregnancy and labor require community care, and I would be honored to be a part of your team.
What is a Postpartum Doula?
A postpartum doula serves your family of a newborn by providing nurturing support, information on postpartum recovery and newborn care, and relevant referrals. New parenthood can come with information overload; I am here to simplify, and uplift your parental intuition. I meet your family where you are at physically and emotionally, and fill in gaps so that needs are met easier and you can have a more space for bonding time with baby.
The better you are taken care of, the better you will be able to take care of your baby.
